This depends on what type of material you are throwing away. But 17 yard dumpster are approximately 5-6 pickup truck loads, 20 yard dumpster around 7-9 truck bed loads. Large, bulky items take up a lot of space but usually don’t weigh very much. Small compact items like dirt, concrete, or tile take up less space but can get very heavy.

There needs to be adequate room to maneuver our truck through your gate, driveway, or entry way. As long as the ground is solid and fairly level, we can place the dumpster almost anywhere. Solid surfaces are preferred but we can drop in grass or dirt as long as the weather permits.

Most materials are allowed in the dumpsters, these include but are not limited to:

Most household appliances are also acceptable, however please let us know beforehand so we can make sure. Certain appliances like fridges or AC units containing freon need to be properly emptied before going in the dumpster.
